Can I collect in person?

If you wish to collect your order please telephone us on 01202 624136 to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Do you give general engineering advice to novices etc.

You can use the contact us button in the menu bar and telephone us or email with your enquiries. I will endeavour to answer all questions. If anything is outside of my sphere, a Google search will be used.

Is there next day delivery

For most items, select the “Special delivery” option at checkout. Please note: Purchases need to be made by 1pm on the day of posting.
Heavier items, require more time to process & to book a courier collection.
Latest booking time for heavy items is 10am for same day courier collection.

Do you purchase stock from customers?

Do you offer discounts?

Sometimes special offers are available. Look out for the special offer banners on the site.

Do you offer International delivery?

Most items are available for Worldwide delivery. Heavier items may not be “cost efficient”. Enquiries are welcome before purchasing

What is your refund policy?

You can view my refund policy HERE and also download my refunf form.

My “complete” inventory is not on the site so send me your requirements using the “Contact us” form and I will check my stock.

Are you open on Christmas day?

Sorry no, this is the only day of the year I will be putting my feet up.
My website however, is open 24/7.

Do you accept cheque payment?

Not through the site, however if you want to pay by alternative means please Contact Us.

Do I need to register before I make a purchase?

No, you can go straight to making a payment and buy as a guest, however, if you are new to the site you can register at any time..
If you want to register for a trade account we will need to ensure you are legible for trade discount so there is approx a 24hrs delay in this process. We will email you as soon as your new account is active.

How do I change my billing address?

In the shopping cart you can decide to have your items delivered to a named address and have the invoice sent to a different address.

Do you have items as not yet on your website as I cannot find what I require?

Yes, my “complete” inventory is not on the websitesite, send me your requirements using the “Contact us” form and I will check my stock.

Are all your items new?

All items are listed as either:--New---Unused—Old stock (Unused)—Used.
Each is clearly stated in the product description.

Do you accept telephone orders?

No, Sorry. I have no facility to process card payments at the moment, I am afraid.

Do you accept BACS transfer?

Yes. if you contact me we can discuss the payment

Can you deliver in person?

Possibly, to my local area. Contact me for details. Please note, I am a one man operation with no staff, so all daily selling duties are performed by me & my time will be limited.

Can I purchase as a “Guest” without registration?

Yes you can purchase as a guest.
